Please read the following terms carefully before submitting your registration.
By completing the teacher registration and accepting these terms, you agree to
be bound by this agreement with APLUS PLUS.
1. Engagement & Role
- By registering, you confirm you are willing to tutor students of APLUS PLUS on an assignment basis as a contracted tutor.
- You agree to provide accurate personal, qualification, and subject expertise details during registration.
- Your engagement begins upon approval of your registration by the APLUS PLUS management.
2. Session Conduct & Punctuality
- Classes must be conducted on the scheduled date and time. Always join the class at least 5 minutes before the start time.
- Each session must run for the full scheduled duration.
- Any inability to take a scheduled class must be communicated to the management in advance so that the class can be rescheduled.
3. Code of Conduct
- Tutors must maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive attitude towards students, parents, and the management at all times.
- Use of inappropriate language, behaviour, or content during sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Tutors must prepare for sessions and deliver lessons that follow the curriculum and the student's learning plan.
4. Attendance & Reporting
- Attendance for every session must be marked in the portal by the tutor.
- Sessions covered, topics taught, homework assigned, and student progress must be recorded for every class.
- Regular feedback on student performance must be shared with parents and management.
5. Remuneration & Payment
- Remuneration is calculated based on the sessions completed and confirmed on the portal.
- Payments are processed as per the remuneration schedule communicated by the management.
- Classes marked as cancelled or rescheduled without valid prior notice may not be payable.
6. Confidentiality & Data Privacy
- Tutors must keep student information, class materials, and any shared records strictly confidential.
- Recording, publishing, or sharing session recordings, student details, or portal credentials with third parties is prohibited.
- The terms of this agreement are for the tutor's use only and must not be shared.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be arranged with the management, not directly with the student.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future assignments or continuation of engagement.
8. Equipment & Materials
- Tutors are responsible for arranging their own internet connection, device, and a distraction-free environment for online sessions.
- Session materials and resources provided by APLUS PLUS must be used only for APLUS PLUS classes.
9. Termination & Renewal
- Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice. Assignments may be withdrawn by APLUS PLUS at its discretion.
- Continued engagement is subject to consistent attendance, quality of teaching, and adherence to these terms.
- These terms may be updated by the management from time to time; continued tutoring constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
